About REAS
REAS is a platform that helps connect property owners, developers, investors, professionals and strategic partners around development opportunities. REAS is not a bank, licensed securities dealer, broker, crowdfunding platform or investment fund.
No offer or advice
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or financial product, nor financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Payments
Payments made through this website — including featured project listings, project review fees and investor memberships — are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for these transactions. Paddle provides customer service and handles billing, payment and refund processes. Paid features are described on the relevant pages of the website; one-time payments are covered by our Refund Policy, and memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account.
Subscriptions
Investor memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you switch between the monthly and annual plans, the change takes effect at your next renewal date — you are not charged for the new plan until that renewal. Membership provides access to information and communication services only.
Submissions
By submitting a project or application you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Submission does not guarantee approval, funding or investment.
Demo content
Projects marked “Demo Project” are illustrative examples and do not represent live opportunities.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content or attempt to access information that is not yours.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
