How REAS collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, submit a project, register interest, apply as a partner, contact us or subscribe to updates — such as your name, email, phone number, location and project details — together with documents you choose to upload. When you make a payment, our payment provider (Paddle) collects and processes the payment information as the merchant of record for the transaction; REAS receives a record of the purchase and your account identifier.
How we use it
We use your information to review submissions, respond to enquiries, connect relevant parties to opportunities with your knowledge, operate your account, process purchases and memberships, and send updates you have agreed to receive.
Documents
Uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised REAS administrators. They are not published on the website.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with prospective partners only where it is relevant to an opportunity you have engaged with, and with service providers who help us operate the platform — including Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which processes payments, issues invoices and handles payment-related tax compliance and customer billing support.
Your choices
You can update your profile from your dashboard, unsubscribe from updates at any time, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting hello@reas.africa.
