Refund Policy
If a payment to REAS is not right for you, here is how refunds work.
Refund period
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a one-time payment you made to REAS — such as a featured project listing or a project review fee — you can request a full refund within 14 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the merchant of record for payments made through this website. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team with your order details.
Memberships
Investor memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your membership continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Refunds within the 14-day guarantee window are handled as described above.
What happens after a refund
If a featured listing is refunded, the featured placement is removed. If a review fee is refunded, the associated review may be paused until the fee is settled.
