Participation in a development project is a commercial decision that deserves proper scrutiny.
Understand the asset. What exactly is being developed, where, and on what land interest?
Understand the structure. Who are the parties, what is each contributing, and how are decisions made?
Understand the stage. A concept carries different considerations from a project already in construction.
Understand the risks. Development involves cost, timing, regulatory and market risk. Any opportunity presented without risk is presented incompletely.
Take independent legal, financial and technical advice. Nothing you read on a platform replaces it.
